Banks clinic is an initiative by All India Bank Employees Association, a pioneer trade union in the banking industry. AIBEA was formed on April 20th 1946. We have a long standing of 77 years and a spread pan India -across all states. Our organisation consists of Public Sector ,Private Sector, Foreign, Cooperative & Regional Rural Banks.

AIBEA is committed to the health of banking industry in general and protection of hard earned savings of the common man in particular. We strongly believe that The national resources should be used for national economic development i.e Peoples Money for Peoples Welfare.

Common man is finding it difficult to carry out banking transactions seamlessly, due to rapid changes in technology and systems.

In this background, Banks Clinic will undertake various initiatives in the sphere of financial & technological literacy and assist customers in carrying out their transactions in a smooth and secured manner.

Banks Clinic will also guide customers in resolving grievances by introducing Customer Complaint Management Service.
